Bartosz Czauderna — Guide, Coach & Co-Founder
Bartosz Czauderna is a professional freestyle kayaker, adventurer, and guide who has spent the better part of his life letting rivers lead the way. Born in Poland and trained to compete at the highest levels, he chose the open water instead — from the wild rapids of the Zambezi in Zambia to the mountain rivers of Patagonia, always guided by one belief: that the best experiences happen when you step outside what feels safe. With a deep passion for connecting people through adventure, he brings warmth, world-class expertise, and genuine enthusiasm to every Lili Travel experience. For Bartosz, it was never just about the sport — it was always about the people, the places, and the stories you bring home.

Lili Travel was born from a simple but powerful idea: when you devote yourself completely to something you love, it rewards you beyond measure. That idea has driven everything we’ve done since 2008.
It started on the Nile.
Founder Sam Ward launched Love It Live It with nothing more than a burning passion for sharing the world’s most extraordinary rivers with people hungry for something real. No corporate office. No cookie-cutter itineraries. Just world-class white water, raw adventure, and an unshakeable belief that life’s greatest experiences happen beyond the ordinary.
Over the years, Sam built something rare — a team of guides and coaches who aren’t just qualified, they’re obsessed. World Champions. National team athletes. People who have dedicated their lives to wild places and bringing others along for the journey.
That team grew stronger when Bartosz Czauderna joined as partner — one of the world’s finest freestyle kayakers and coaches, with over a decade of developing world-class athletes and a natural gift for connecting with every person he meets. Together, they have led paddlers across Chile, Mexico, Canada, Greece, Norway, Georgia, Uganda, Zambia, and beyond.

The Zambezi Experience is Lili Travel’s signature journey — a 14-day odyssey through one of Africa’s most spectacular landscapes. It begins at the thunder of Victoria Falls, one of the seven natural wonders of the world, before descending into the ancient Batoka Gorge for a four-day, 60-kilometre rafting expedition through legendary white water, camping on sandy beaches beneath African skies. The journey ends in the untamed beauty of Chobe National Park, Botswana — where elephants, lions, and leopards roam freely, and the only schedule that matters is theirs.
